Village Green Homeowners Association Governing Documents
All homeowners associations have governing documents - bylaws, covenant
agreements, and rules & regulations. Village Green is no exception.
Our bylaws, adopted when the association was formed in 1974, require a "super quorum" of residents represented at the November annual meeting to change. Other documents, relating to association managment, can be adopted at the discretion of the Board, passed by a majority of voting members and attending residents.
